• Conduct routine analytical analysis, including Endotoxin Testing, bioburden, and sterility testing.

• Adhere strictly to GMP regulations to ensure flawless operations.

• Support the installation, qualification, and re-qualification of laboratory instruments.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement new analytical processes.

• Determine and troubleshoot any microbiological issues to maintain world-class quality standards.

• Apprenticeship or BSc in Biology or equivalent experience.

• Proven experience in working in GMP-controlled Quality Control environments.

• Solid background in Microbiology.

• Proficient in English; German proficiency is a plus.

• Experience with Growth Direct is an advantage.
