What you will do:
Monitor Drug Product revenue and cost performance, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data across SAP, Planview, and other systems
Partner with manufacturing sites, Program Managers, and supporting functions to track and coordinate activities impacting revenue and business performance
Perform deferred revenue and work-in-progress analysis to support accurate and compliant financial reporting
Support month-end close activities, reconciliations, audits, and data validations in collaboration with Finance teams
Analyze revenue performance, identify risks and trends, and provide insights to Program Management and Leadership teams
Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards, including monthly leadership reports and ad hoc business analyses
Identify process improvement opportunities and enhance reporting transparency, efficiency, and automation
What we are looking for:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field
Experience in project coordination, commercial operations, financial analysis, or business support within a life sciences or pharmaceutical environment
Strong financial and commercial awareness, with the ability to understand project costs, risks, and business impact
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 applications; experience with Power BI, Microsoft Lists, Power Automate, SAP, or similar tools is an advantage
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across different functions and organizational levels
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Fluent written and spoken English, with a proactive, detail-oriented, and accountable approach to work
