At Lonza site in Visp we offer an outstanding opportunity for motivated individuals to join our team as a Quality Service Center Specialist (m/f/d) in Switzerland. In this role you will provide support, insight, critical thinking, and an intuitive mind set to the functions of the Quality Service Center.

What you’ll do:

  • Act as a communicator for Lonza Global Quality ensuring that Lonza is able to communicate with one voice to the stakeholders, internal and external

  • Contribute to ensuring the highest standards of product and service quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement

  • Participate in one or more processes, procedures, and systems within the Quality Service Center, including but not limited to: Customer and Supplier complaints, Supplier performance monitoring, VCN/VSCI management, Quality Escalations, and Customer Quality agreements

  • Be a proactive and interactive team member within a culture of excellence, customer focus, and continuous improvement

  • Promote the One Lonza concept throughout the organization and to all stakeholders internal and external

What we’re looking for:

  • Technical college degree / vocational education in Biochemistry/Chemistry/Pharmacy/Microbiology/Biotechnology or equivalent

  • Initial experience in a regulated environment preferable in Pharmaceuticals

  • Excellent organizational skills and accomplished communicator

  • Ability to think critically and have a quality mindset

  • Business fluent English is required
