Job title and introduction:

As a Colorist in our Quality Control team, You will play a key role in color and product development, ensuring quality standards and compliance in our Color Development Lab. This is an opportunity to contribute to innovative product solutions in a collaborative and quality-driven environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead color and product development activities.
  • Document all color development processes and outcomes.
  • Support product testing for incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
  • Ensure compliance with GLP and GMP requirements.
  • Manage archival and issuance of color as per production needs.
  • Maintain and handle all related documents for the Color Development Lab.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc) or Pharmacy (B. Pharm), preferably with a specialization in Chemistry.
  • Experience in Quality Management System (QMS) handling.
  • Awareness of cGMP requirements and IPEC guidelines.
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with manufacturing, procurement, and maintenance teams.
  • Demonstrates agility, business acumen, customer focus, and a drive for results.
