QC Laboratory Administrator

Location: Verviers – laboratory‑based role

We are looking for a QC Laboratory Administrator to support the quality release of raw materials, finished products and shelf‑life studies. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring testing, documentation and data flow run smoothly to support safe and timely product release.

The full‑time annual base pay for this position in Belgium is expected to range between €31,500 and €44,100. Initial salary placement within this range will be determined based on role‑related factors such as experience, qualifications, and expected contribution.

What you will do

  • Receive and check samples for compliance, then prepare and dispatch them for required testing.

  • Coordinate testing with chemistry, microbiology and external laboratories as needed.

  • Request external testing quotes, prepare shipments and track sample progress.

  • Review test results and documentation to support QC release of materials and products.

  • Ensure test requests, batch documentation and system data are aligned and complete.

  • Maintain accurate records in SAP and local tracking tools.

  • Support team priorities by contributing to meetings and resolving documentation issues promptly.

What we are looking for

  • A higher education qualification in chemistry, biology, biochemistry or a related discipline.

  • Experience working in a Quality Control or regulated laboratory environment.

  • Understanding of ISO and cGMP principles within pharma, biotech or chemical industries.

  • Fluency in French, with a good working knowledge of English.
