Quality Control Analyst III - Cell Therapy

Join our Quality Control team and play a key role in ensuring the quality and safety of life-changing therapies. You will contribute to testing and analysis that supports drug product manufacturing and patient outcomes.

What you will do:
Perform testing for in-process, lot release, and stability samples
Analyze and review laboratory data to ensure accuracy and compliance
Document results and investigations in quality systems
Support method transfers, qualifications, and laboratory projects
Identify deviations and contribute to root cause investigations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production timelines
Train and mentor junior analysts as needed
What we are looking for:
Associate or bachelor’s degree in a science-related field
Experience in quality control or laboratory environments
Familiarity with GMP and quality systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Effective communication skills
