What you will do:

• Serve as primary liaison for quality-related items with external customers

• Manage change controls, deviations, investigations, CAPAs, and quality agreements

• Facilitate discussions between customers and internal teams

• Lead Joint Quality Team meetings and track action items

• Review and approve investigation reports and root cause analyses

• Ensure compliance with data integrity principles

• Support customer audits and maintain quality standards
   

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field

• Experience in GMP environment and quality assurance

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

• Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset

• Knowledge of data integrity principles

• Proficiency in English (business fluent)
