Based in Geleen, you will support quality processes that keep our operations audit-ready and fully compliant with global and local regulations. This is a great opportunity to grow your QA expertise and contribute directly to the quality and safety of our products.

What you will do
  • Support daily QA activities, including document review, batch record checks and deviation follow-up.

  • Help coordinate internal and external audits and prepare documentation for inspection readiness.

  • Ensure accurate application of global and local procedures and maintain compliance across systems.

  • Assist with CAPA management, change controls and quality plan updates.

  • Communicate with operational teams to clarify quality expectations and resolve issues.

  • Track progress of quality actions and ensure timely completion.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA department.

What we are looking for
  • Experience in QA or a regulated production environment such as biotech, pharma or food.

  • Understanding of GMP principles or willingness to learn quickly.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.

  • Clear communication and collaboration skills.

  • Organized, proactive and reliable in managing tasks and deadlines.

  • Problem-solving mindset and interest in improving processes.

  • A positive attitude and interest in building a career in Quality Assurance.
