The project manager is responsible to define, design and implement dedicated programs on site, hands-on from start to implementation. In this role the incumbent will manage senior stakeholders up to EC level, lead the project team and ensure successful implementation of program goals and realization of expected benefits. Based on respective certifications and experience the incumbent will also be responsible to further embed lean principles in the ways of working of the organization.

What you’ll do:
Identify areas of improvement and drive alignment of priorities together with senior collaborators or Site Leadership Team Visp.
Prepare program delivery based on a thorough analysis of As-Is Situation and current challenges and define clear scope, targets and overall case embedding cross-functional/ divisional requirements.
Ensure successful delivery of program objectives actively engaging and managing various project team members through influence (not line) and embedding change agents across impacted departments.
Prepare and lead Steering Committee updates and decision requests and proactively raise risks or bottlenecks to the required collaborator level.
Manage dependencies, assure alignment and drive alliances with other local or global programs & initiatives and embed Lean standards in ways of working and throughout project methodology

What we’re looking for:
Master's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Engineering, Logistics or a related field, or equivalent experience
Min. of 5-6 years in a Supply Chain/Operations role bringing leadership experience within the pharmaceutical, bio pharmaceutical, or a similar regulated industry
Lean Management Certification is required
Proficient in Project and Program management with senior stakeholders
Strong analytical skills and good understanding of Data Analysis solutions
Ability to navigate successfully in Matrix-Organizations
Fluency in English and German
