In this role you will play a key role in shaping and continuously improving the short‑term production plans of our aseptic fill & finish lines, ensuring schedules are accurate, achievable, and clearly communicated. What you will do:
Create, monitor, and maintain short‑term production schedules, ensuring visibility and smooth execution across all relevant departments.
Integrate cross‑functional input to build realistic, constraint‑aware plans while continuously optimizing sequencing and resource utilization.
Update schedules promptly based on new information, maintain accurate planning parameters in the system, and support data-driven performance improvements.
Review operational documents to determine material and personnel needs, ensure timely material availability, and uphold high-quality planning master data.
Lead the weekly operations meeting by preparing, moderating, and summarizing discussions to deliver an aligned, cross-functional 12‑week plan and performance review.
What we are looking for:
Educational Background in Supply Chain with proven production planning experience.
Strong working knowledge of SAP Production Planning (PP) and structured, organized communication skills.
Pharma and GMP experience are strong advantages.
Experience with OMP or other advanced production planning tools is a plus.
Fluency in German as well as fluency in English to collaborate effectively with shopfloor Operators and cross‑functional teams.
