What you will do:

  • Take ownership of the Vendor Change Notification (VCN) workflow, accurately receiving, tracking, and implementing updates.

  • Collaborate closely with local and global cross-functional groups, including QA and Operational Procurement, to coordinate supplier updates.

  • Maintain accurate Procurement Master Data in SAP for Intercompany Business to secure highly reliable material planning and purchase order execution.

  • Support the broader Operational Buyers team on daily business activities, adapting to unexpected supply chain events with agility.

What we are looking for:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or comparable education in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field.

  • Proven proficiency working with SAP (specifically Procurement/Master Data modules) or a similar enterprise resource planning system.

  • Prior experience handling low-value supplier negotiations or conducting competitive bid processes is an asset.

  • Professional fluency in both English and German (written and spoken) is required for local site alignment and global collaboration.
