Key responsibilities:
  • Compile data from various systems to bolster brand new analytics related to biopharmaceutical manufacturing projects

  • Perform process parameter data compilation and manage data transfer to the Global Data Mart (GDM) production system

  • Design and set up data management tools

  • Represent MSAT in the global data management network, aligning on the implementation and harmonization of data management tools

  • Support MSAT teams with data collection, aggregation, and assessment

  • Provide data and analysis support during quality issues and process deviations

  • Assist in preparing process validation reports, campaign reports, PQRs, etc.

  • Develop dashboards that report key performance metrics, providing actionable insights for decision-making

  • Resolve data discrepancies, implement solutions, and ensure process data accuracy

  • Define procedures and SOPs for data management related to process performance tracking

Key requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience, PhD preferred

  • Preferred area of study: Biotechnology, chemical engineering, or related fields

  • More than 5 years of experience in biopharma manufacturing and/or process development, preferably in Mammalian Manufacturing

  • Proven expertise in GMP and bioprocess technology

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster a collaborative environment

  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with various collaborators

  • Strong team orientation and a well-organized working attitude

  • Flexibility towards new ideas and suggestions

  • Agile, highly motivated, and dynamic drive

  • Proficiency in English and German
