Job Title: Print Technician

Location: Haryana, India

We are seeking a Print Technician to ensure robust, reliable, and high‑quality printing operations within the PCM environment. In this hands‑on technical role, you will support mechanical troubleshooting, equipment upkeep, and print‑quality performance to ensure seamless production, minimal downtime, and compliance with GMP, EHS, and quality requirements.

  • Ability to plan shift activities, support changeovers, and contribute directly to quality and productivity outcomes.

What you will do

  • Perform all equipment maintenance in printing, sorting, and packing areas to ensure smooth operations.
  • Troubleshoot printing quality issues related to mechanical causes (e.g., feed drum filling, miss-stitch reject, dirt, mashes).
  • Apply knowledge of PCM sections, STAS codes, and capsule print defect troubleshooting to resolve issues quickly.
  • Keep all machines in optimal running condition during shifts and perform short maintenance during dish-wash.
  • Execute size changes, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance for NG‑CAPMA machines.
  • Conduct G‑roll and rubber‑roll incoming checks and ensure proper spare parts management.
  • Perform vBox carrier bar and insert washing as required.

What we are looking for

  • Education & Experience: Diploma / ITI in Mechanical or Electrical fields. 10 years of experience in Maintenance with advanced proficiency
  • Strong knowledge of PCM sections. Troubleshooting expertise for STAS codes and capsule defects.
  • Solid machine maintenance skills including mechanical troubleshooting and print‑quality support.
  • Ability to work with NG‑CAPMA equipment, G‑roll/rubber‑roll checks, and spare parts management.
  • Behavioral Competencies : Agility, Business Acumen, Customer Focus, Collaboration, Driving Results
  • Languages: English and Hindi – Beginner level required.
