What you’ll do
Accountable for the flawless coordination of site portfolio execution, including planning alignment from demand to execution, robust sourcing information, and customer interactions and site Supply Review process
Manage the long-term (5 to 10 years) Site Master Plan and corresponding road maps, ensuring the Business Continuity Plan is coordinated with the SMP and road maps.
Ensure supervision of site-wide projects in accordance with the SMP and Road Maps through structured project performance reporting.
Support coordination of on-site evaluations of customer projects.
Ensure innovative customer relationship management and communication with internal collaborators.
Lead the Operational Excellence and Training teams: Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, supporting and driving the vision of a Customer-Centric Lonza.
What we’re looking for:
Degree in Life Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Solid experience in a Head/Associate Director level role in MSAT, Production, or Quality within the aseptic production of drug products in a GMP environment is a must
Proven leadership experience and responsibility in the budget/financial target review process.
Experience in project management or a project management certification is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, a very structured working style, and a passion for operational excellence.
Fluency in English is a must, additional skills in German are a plus
