The actual location of this job is in Visp, Switzerland. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates and their families, if needed.

What you will do:

• Maintain and continuously improve project management processes for internal strategic projects within Microbial Operations Visp.
• Establish and uphold strong project governance to ensure efficient and reliable project delivery.
• Coordinate site-level project portfolio validation and prioritization based on resource availability.
• Ensure full transparency and oversight of all projects requiring microbial site resources.
• Support the development and rollout of documentation, templates, reporting standards, and local training.
• Manage the demand process and facilitate ideation and stage gate meetings for project approval.
• Collaborate with other Visp Site PMO teams to align standards, manage dependencies, and raise risks and issues appropriately.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in PMO or project management roles, ideally in a complex or regulated environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
• Fluent in English; German proficiency is highly preferred.
