主な業務内容：

• 月次S&OP（Sales & Operations Planning）プロセスのリード

• ハードカプセル計画：

  • 営業情報、顧客受注（MTO）、出荷実績（MTS）をもとに需要を集約

  • 製品グループ別に月次・四半期・年次の供給計画を作成・更新

  • ハードカプセルスケジューラーと連携し、短期生産計画を最適化

• DFS Licaps計画：

  • 顧客受注および営業情報をもとに需要を集約

  • MRP担当と連携し、資材のタイムリーな調達を確保

  • 製造チームと連携し、生産スケジュールを最適化

• 在庫およびサービスレベル最適化のための部門横断的な連携

• 計画プロセスの継続的な改善推進

• プランニングチームの育成・マネジメント

• APACおよびグローバルプロジェクトへの参画

応募要件：

• 製造業における生産／需給計画の経験

• 高い分析力および意思決定力

• 部門横断的な協業経験

• ピープルマネジメント・人材育成スキル

• ERPの知識（SAP尚可）

• 日本語ネイティブレベル、英語ビジネスレベル

• 学士号または同等の実務経験

Planning Manager
Location: Sagamihara

As Planning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering effective supply chain planning for Lonza’s Sagamihara manufacturing site. This role offers the opportunity to lead end-to-end planning activities, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and contribute directly to achieving customer satisfaction and business performance.

What you will do:

• Lead the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle

• Hard Capsule planning:

  • Consolidate demand data from sales inputs, customer orders (MTO), and shipment trends (MTS)

  • Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual supply plans by product group

  • Work closely with the Hard Capsule scheduler to optimize short‑term schedules

• DFS Licaps planning:

  • Consolidate demand information from customer orders and sales inputs

  • Collaborate with MRP planners to ensure timely material availability

  • Optimize production schedules in alignment with the operations team

• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize inventory and service levels

• Drive continuous improvement in planning processes

• Lead and develop a team of planning professionals

• Contribute to regional and global supply chain initiatives
   

What we are looking for:

• Experience in production or supply planning in manufacturing

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills

• Cross-functional collaboration experience

• Leadership and people development capability

• ERP knowledge (SAP preferred)

• Native-level Japanese and business-level English

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
