Lonza’s Capsules & Health Ingredients business is the trusted partner for innovative products, including capsules and health ingredients, customization services and end-to-end dosage form solutions for pharmaceutical and nutraceutical companies.
We are currently looking for a Planning Manager to join our Supply Chain team in Dharuhera, Haryana. This role is pivotal in aligning market needs with operational capabilities, driving planning excellence, and supporting profitability goals through effective resource management and cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities:
Lead monthly S&OP and IBP processes across multiple departments.
Align demand and supply plans for domestic and export markets.
Optimize inventory levels and manage inbound store operations.
Collaborate with Procurement for direct materials sourcing.
Develop production plans and coordinate with manufacturing teams.
Interface with CSR, Marketing, and other departments to meet targets.
Drive analytics, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with EHS standards and reporting requirements.
Lead SAP Blueprint certification and planning system enhancements.
Manage and develop a team of direct and indirect reports.
Key Requirements:
MBA/Postgraduate in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
8–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical/food industry in planning roles.
Business fluent in English and Hindi.
Strong knowledge of SAP (MM, PP, SD modules) and advanced Excel.
Proven leadership and team development capabilities.
Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with inventory control, production planning, and import/export processes.
