Plan Engineer 80-100% (f/m/d)

What you will do:

• Ensure the reliable operation and maintenance of laboratory equipment and facility systems through effective preventive maintenance programs.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause investigations for critical equipment failures.
• Own and support Change Controls, CAPAs, Deviations, and Risk Assessments related to engineering systems
• Maintain engineering documentation, including equipment records, drawings, specifications, SOPs, etc.
• Act as the Engineering Subject Matter Expert (SME) during internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities that enhance reliability, compliance, efficiency, and sustainability

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Biomedical, Industrial, or similar discipline)
• Experience in engineering roles within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical, or other regulated industries
• Knowledge of equipment lifecycle management, project execution, and maintenance practices
• Experience working within GMP-regulated environments and quality systems
• Familiarity with computerized systems, automation technologies, or laboratory equipment is an advantage
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication skills with excellent command of English and German, written and spoken
