People Insights & Analytics Intern 80-100%
The People Insights & Analytics Intern plays a key role in strengthening the team’s delivery capacity across priority HR insights, capability‑building initiatives, and operational improvement activities. This position ensures continuity, structure, and effective execution within the HR Insights team.
You will support the coordination, preparation, and follow‑through of team priorities through communication, content development, process documentation, and workflow support. Operating across team delivery, learning enablement, and process optimization, you will help translate strategic priorities into structured, scalable, and efficient ways of working.

What you will do:
- Support the delivery of priority HR insights, enablement, and operational improvement activities across the team
- Coordinate day-to-day activities, communications, materials, and follow-through to support effective execution of priorities
- Prepare and maintain documentation, presentations, trackers, and stakeholder-facing content to support delivery and continuity
- Contribute to process improvements and the development of practical, scalable, and AI-enabled ways of working
- Support learning, adoption, and enablement activities that help HR stakeholders work more effectively with data, content, and processes
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled) in Human Resources, Economics, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Office 365 tools, especially PowerPoint, good proficiency in Excel
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
- Interest in HR data, reporting, insights, and process improvement
- Hands-on interest in using Generative AI tools in a practical and responsible way
- Collaborative and service-oriented working style
- English: Business-fluent proficiency
