Lead and inspire a dedicated team of OT technicians to maintain our innovative equipment!
Key responsibilities:
Ensure timely and efficient closure of OT work orders, both planned and unplanned.
Select, train, empower, and evaluate assigned personnel; provide or coordinate staff training; work with employees to ensure accuracy in their work; implement procedures for improvement.
Coordinate the execution of planned OT maintenance work.
Develop criteria, performance specifications, and SOPs for OT equipment and systems.
Coordinate inspection and monitoring of OT equipment, systems, and infrastructure to determine efficient repair or replacement.
Review and evaluate work products, methods, and procedures performed by independent contractors and sub-contractors.
Support OT repairs as required.
Ensure all EHS-related documentation and permits are accurately initiated and records maintained.
Deliver 24x7x365 OT support to manufacturing operations by troubleshooting equipment, systems, and processes.
Provide OT support for ongoing production operations and new equipment/process introductions.
Assist other departments in evaluating historical process/equipment data.
Provide SME support to other functional groups.
Maintain the OT network, control, and I/O level networks.
Support internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.
Ensure compliance with IT/OT security policies, data integrity requirements, and FDA regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Key requirements:
Associates Degree in Engineering.
5+ years of experience.
Ability to follow specified procedures and detailed instructions, with frequent checks on work.
Capable of performing routine work within established policies and procedures, with detailed instructions on new projects.
Ability to work independently on day-to-day tasks with general instructions on new assignments.
Proven ability to establish methods and procedures for attaining specific goals, with mentorship on broad goals.
Excellent judgment and decision-making skills in determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including the successful candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and job-related knowledge.
