As the Computer System Validation (CSV) and Operational Technology (OT) manager you will report directly to the Head of Technical Services and be the subject matter expert responsible for implementing Computer System Validations at our site in Verviers and managing OT routine and projects at a regional level. Your responsibilities will be spread across OT (75%) and CSV (25%) in this leadership position.

What you will do:Manage the team in charge of OT, CSV and digitalization topics. Prioritizing and organizing team activities, measuring and managing team performance.
Manage the full lifecycle validation for all applicable computerized systems, ensuring they are designed, validated, operated and retired in compliance with GxP regulation and CSV procedure.
Participating in Performance Qualification (PQ) ensuring that the appropriate documentation of testing is performed.
Working with process owners to identify and implement new systems and upgrade existing systems to aid improvements to compliance and reduce risks to patient safety, product quality and data integrity.
Supporting system administrators and the Training & Development department in training employees on the correct use of computerized systems in line with procedures and regulations.
Support business continuity by collaborating with stakeholders and applying technical expertise to promptly resolve user issues while providing hands-on OT support
Support the business and digital transformation initiatives with a clear technical understanding of OT systems and processes.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Automation, Information Technology or Engineering.
Strong technical expertise in OT environments with practical knowledge of operational processes and infrastructure.
Knowledge of enterprise architecture, networks, servers and routing systems.
Experience with CSV principles and capability of leading this team of experts
Business proficiency in both English and French languages
