The Production Operator is responsible to perform micronization processes

under cGMP conditions performing all the operations according to safety and

quality requirements of standard equipment.

What you’ll do:

• Perform micronization of API and HPAPI operating autonomously in standard micronization room (excluding glove boxes/isolators)

• Operate applying quality systems aligned with Lonza standards

• Work to maintain the manufacturing facility in a continuous state of readiness for production and GMP audits

• Identified issues during micronization processes

• Recording all the operations performed on the batch record according to Lonza Monteggio SOP

• Use of HMI panels in standard room

What we’re looking for:

• High school diploma/ Secondary school diploma in technical / scientific and/or chemical fields

• Experience in a regulated pharmaceutical environment

• Knowledge of micronization of API and HPAPI operating autonomously in standard micronization room (excluding glove boxes/isolators)

• A collaborative and responsible individual with strong critical thinking skills

• Experienced in the use of HMI panels in a standard room
