Core Focus Areas
SOP Revisions & Lifecycle Management
- Own and drive creation, revision, and periodic review of Operations SOPs and Work Instructions (WI)
- Ensure SOPs reflect current practices, equipment, systems, and regulatory expectations.
- Coordinate cross‑functional reviews and ensure timely implementation and training.
CAPA Ownership & Execution
- Act as General Operations CAPA owner, ensuring actions are effective, and sustainable.
- Drive on‑time CAPA implementation, including procedural, training, and operational changes.
- Provide clear evidence for CAPA effectiveness checks and inspection readiness.
Change Management (CRs & TCRs)
- Initiate and support Change Requests, including Technical Change Requests (TCRs).
- Ensure changes are risk‑assessed, justified, approved, and implemented per change control.
- Coordinate impact assessments on SOPs, batch records, training, and operations.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Pharmacy, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Strong experience in the pharmaceutical industry with focus on GMP environments
- Excellent communication abilities and structured, detail-oriented working style
- Strong knowledge of GMP requirements and regulatory expectations
- Ability to collaborate effectively across stakeholders and act confidently as a GMP contact person
- Language Skills: Professional Fluency in English and basic German proficiency (A2), or willing to learn.
