As an Operational Excellence Trainer, you play a key role in developing and delivering training programs within Manufacturing, Production Support and Quality Control. You ensure that operators are trained to the highest GMP and aseptic standards, supporting both onboarding and continuous development. In this role, you combine hands-on experience in cleanroom environments with strong communication and coaching skills to drive consistent, high-quality training across the site. This position is an excellent next step for professionals with operational or laboratory experience who are looking to grow into a training or coaching role.

- Deliver onboarding and ongoing training to Manufacturing, Production Support and QC operators.
- Plan and execute training activities in alignment with the training schedule and coordinator.
- Provide training on aseptic processes, unit operations and equipment use, including mock runs.
- Monitor training progress and identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure training content is aligned with the latest SOPs and batch records.
- Act as a role model for GMP compliance and aseptic behavior.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and provide guidance and coaching to trainees and teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or life sciences-related field.
- Experience working in a GMP cleanroom or aseptic manufacturing environment.
- Experience as a Biotech Associate, Production Support Associate or QC operator is highly relevant.
- Experience providing training or coaching in an operational or laboratory setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of aseptic processes and GMP standards.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills.
- A positive, patient and team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
