As an Operational Excellence Specialist, you will support the execution of operational excellence across the end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) process, with exposure to operations across multiple geographies. You’ll contribute to digital transformation, assist with process documentation and analysis, and provide operational support. The focus is on driving efficiency, improving customer experience, and ensuring compliance with global policies while delivering measurable business outcomes.

• Document and review O2C processes including credit, billing, collections, and cash application
• Collect and analyze data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to understand business needs
• Support system updates, testing, and reporting activities
• Assist digital and automation project teams
• Collaborate with Finance teams to enhance the O2C process

• Lean Six Sigma qualified (Yellow or Green Belt) – a process improvement methodology
• Proven experience in process improvement
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement
• Understanding of end-to-end business processes
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
