The site in Visp, Switzerland is growing and for our Biologics organization, we are currently looking for experienced Process Experts and Senior Process Experts in Ibex® Solutions, our recently launched unique biological manufacturing and development concept. We have opportunities in both USP and DSP in Drug Substance for mammalian large-scale manufacturing (up to 20.000L). This role is primarily based on site. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards. We offer flexibility to work remotely for no more than 20% of your time. Requests are considered on a case‑by‑case basis, in line with business needs.

What you will do:
You lead multi-functional teams tasked with technology transfers (process design and up-scaling) and timely process implementation at manufacturing scale
You perform as the interface between the process donor (customer, process development) and manufacturing
You directly connect with customers during campaign preparation, execution and closure including regular reporting of batch status and process performance
You are responsible for the resolution of process issues that may arise during manufacturing considering all regulatory requirements
You secure technology transfer success by applying standardized processes and tools to manage the transfer of information, process related risks and change control
What we are looking for:
Bachelor, Master's degree or PhD or equivalent experience in Biotechnology, chemical engineering or related field
Significant experience in the area of biopharma manufacturing and / or process development preferably in Mammalian Manufacturing (large-scale)
GMP experience and understanding of bioprocess technology
Excellent communication skills in English and/or German
