Master Data Specialist (QC Lab Subject Matter Expert)
Join our Quality Control Data Management team, where you will play a key role in supporting the accurate setup, cleansing, and integration of essential laboratory master data into our global Laboratory Information Management System (gLIMS). This opportunity offers a rewarding path to enforce data integrity and establish vital local data support structures within a leading life sciences environment.
This is a site-based role. Working together in person supports close collaboration, quality control alignment, and the analytical precision required for long-term master data governance.

What you will do:
Perform local master data setup and loading into the global LIMS system (gLIMS) in full alignment with global guidelines and data principles.
Build and input all initial required master data components, including consumables, sampling plans, specifications, parameter lists, test methods, and Laboratory Execution System (LES) templates.
Conduct local data cleansing activities to guarantee high data quality, accuracy, and overall data integrity.
Develop local work instructions (SOPs) detailing the site-level execution of global master data processes.
Support local data management structures and assist with ongoing software transitions and long-term user support.
What we are looking for:
Proven experience in data management with direct familiarity with master data setup and bulk loading processes.
Proficiency in using LIMS or similar data management systems; direct experience with Laboratory Execution Systems (LES) is a major plus.
Strong understanding of Quality Control (QC) laboratory operations, workflows, and associated data requirements.
Strong technical writing skills with the ability to develop clear, concise, and structured local work instructions and procedures.
Excellent analytical precision, high attention to detail, and problem-solving skills to enforce strict data accuracy and quality standards.
