The Manufacturing Technical Manager plays a key role in ensuring production readiness, supporting manufacturing teams, and driving continuous improvement. You will collaborate across functions to deliver high-quality products and help bring life-saving therapies to patients.

• You support production readiness and ensure smooth execution of manufacturing campaigns

• You lead technical planning for technology transfers, capital projects, and continuous improvement initiatives

• You collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process, equipment, and documentation challenges

• You analyze issues using root cause methods and implement preventive solutions

• You maintain and improve process documentation, including SOPs and troubleshooting guides

• You coach and guide team members to strengthen technical and operational capabilities

• You support audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards
   

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field or equivalent experience

• Experience working in a GMP manufacturing environment

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions

• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience leading projects, initiatives, or teams

• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence
