Location: Portsmouth, NH (On-site)
Join a collaborative team where you’ll help manufacture life‑changing therapies. You’ll guide operations in a cGMP environment and contribute directly to delivering high‑quality products to patients and efficient production activities throughout the night schedule.
Shift Schedule:
Shift: Rotational Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Pattern: 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off (repeating cycle)
Starting off: First 2-week orientation and training period is on the day shift
Additional Pay: Nights and weekend shifts include additional pay

What you will do:
Lead safe, compliant daily operations in a manufacturing suite.
Plan schedules and assign tasks to meet production goals.
Review batch records and logbooks for clarity and accuracy.
Coach and develop operators through ongoing feedback and training.
Partner with cross‑functional teams to resolve obstacles.
Troubleshoot equipment and process issues as they arise.
Support deviations, SOP updates, and continuous improvement efforts.
What we are looking for:
AS/BS degree in a science field; HS diploma with relevant experience may be considered.
5–10 years of experience in a GMP or manufacturing environment.
1–4 years of supervisory or team‑leading experience preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to coach and support team members.
Proven critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities for daily manufacturing challenges.
Ability to follow procedures, maintain accurate records, and uphold quality standards.
Experience working in cleanroom environments and with automated or manual systems preferred.
Ability to work in cleanrooms and lift up to 50 lbs.
