The shift schedule is from 7am-7pm, on a rotational schedule every other week:
Week 1: M/T/F/SAT/SUN
Week 2: W/TH
Key Accountabilities and Duties:
Perform 6S and stock each suite daily, and clean soiled parts daily.
Determine production needs for autoclaved assemblies and deliver them to suites.
Perform daily and weekly maintenance activities on analytical equipment.
Report all activities in written and electronic documents in accordance with good manufacturing practice (GMPs) and good documentation procedures (GDPs), and review documentation as appropriate.
Attain qualification for all assigned tasks and maintain an individual training plan.
Prepare materials for transport and delivery to manufacturing suites, and perform material movements into, out of, and across the production areas.
Maintain facility and equipment through routine cleaning and sanitization.
Support Site Data Integrity Plan by actively participating in projects, completing results, and attending training.
Apply Data Integrity principles into routine tasks by following DI policies, guidelines, and procedures.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; AS/BS preferred.
Prior experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
Prior experience in a clean room or other similar sterile setting is preferred.
Validated logic and decision-making abilities, and critical thinking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
