Location: Portsmouth, NH - 100% on-site. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates and their families, if needed.
The MES Engineer Level 2 is responsible for supporting activities such as requirements gathering, testing, implementation and use of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Position is expected to operate with some supervision and some autonomy. This position supports an asset utilizing the Moda-ES execution platform.

What you will do
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, author, and model manufacturing recipes within the MES platform
Draft, execute, and document test scripts to validate recipe changes
Support manufacturing by resolving execution issues and providing SME input
Create and refine change management procedures for MES system and process changes
Participate in project planning and execution for automation improvements
Support deviation investigations, CAPA actions, and change requests
Review and revise documentation including SOPs and batch records
What we are looking for
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
Experience working in a GMP environment
Experience with Recipe Authoring and test execution
Ability to analyze information and identify key issues
Problem-solving skills with engineering focus
Willingness to fulfill on-call hours
Commitment to quality and continuous improvement
