Job Summary

The MES Engineer Level 2 is responsible for supporting activities such as requirements gathering, testing, implementation and use of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Position is expected to operate with some supervision and some autonomy. This position supports an asset utilizing the Moda-ES execution platform.

Location: Portsmouth, NH - 100% on-site.

What you will do

  • Ensure all work is performed safely and meets training requirements

  • Support manufacturing by resolving equipment issues and providing SME input

  • Conduct technical analyses including data review and troubleshooting

  • Assist with tech transfer and change request assessments

  • Participate in project planning and execution for automation improvements

  • Support deviation investigations and CAPA actions

  • Review and revise documentation including SOPs and batch records

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field

  • Experience working in a GMP environment

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Ability to analyze information and identify key issues

  • Problem-solving skills with engineering focus

  • Willingness to fulfill on-call hours

  • Commitment to quality and continuous improvement
