Manufacturing Biotechnologist 1

Based in our Production Suite, this role offers an exciting opportunity to directly execute cGMP operations and contribute to the manufacture of life-saving therapeutic proteins. This is a fully site‑based role. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

What you will do:

  • Execute process recipes and operate production equipment, including CIP and SIP operations, to directly contribute to the manufacture of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs).

  • Monitor production processes and ensure accurate recording in written and electronic documents following cGMP and GDP standards.

  • Perform basic laboratory and analytical tasks, including pH testing, conductivity monitoring, and product sampling.

  • Transfer raw materials and chemicals across production areas while ensuring facility cleanliness via routine sanitization and 6S programs.

  • Collaborate closely with the assigned Manufacturing Team, Supervisors, and Managers during daily operations and shift exchanges.

  • Attain task qualifications and complete training under close supervision to build foundational technical expertise and process knowledge.


What we are looking for:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a science-related discipline is preferred.

  • Entry-level experience (0–4 years) in manufacturing, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a regulated environment.

  • Demonstrated logic, critical thinking, and structured decision-making abilities.

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills for documentation and cross-functional team alignment.

  • Capability to work a rotating schedule (days or nights) and perform physical demands on the production floor (standing, walking, gowning, and lifting up to 50 lbs).
