Biotechnologist (All Experience Levels) – Cell Therapy & Mammalian Manufacturing
Location: Onsite in Portsmouth, NH, USA

Schedule:
Shift: Rotational Day Shift (7:00 AM—7:00PM)
Pattern: 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off (repeating cycle)
Starting off: First 2-week orientation and training period us on the day shift
Nights and Weekend shifts include additional pay.

What you will do:
Work in controlled cleanroom environments that require full sterile gowning.
Cell Therapy Focus will include work in Grade B cleanrooms requiring full sterile gowning.
Perform aseptic processing using strict sterile technique.
Receive, process, expand, and cryopreserve patient‑derived cells.
Operate bioreactors and support upstream and downstream manufacturing.
Set up equipment and complete CIP and SIP operations following procedures.
Document activities clearly in alignment with cGMP and GDP standards.
Conduct in‑process testing such as pH, conductivity, and metabolite checks.
What we are looking for:
Individuals at all experience levels who want to grow in a regulated environment.
Foundational / Early-Career: No prior biotech experience required. We look for high attention to detail, reliability, and an interest in learning a highly specialized life-science trade.
Intermediate (Level II / III): 1–5 years of experience in regulated manufacturing or clinical labs. Experience with aseptic technique, cleanrooms, or bioreactors is a plus.
Advanced / Senior: 5+ years of GMP experience. Track record of leading complex operations, mentoring others, leadership ability, and owning deviations
A High School Diploma; STEM Associate or Bachelor’s preferred for higher levels.
Comfort working in cleanrooms or with bioreactors is helpful but not required.
Ability to work a rotating 12‑hour schedule following a predictable pattern.
