Compensation for this role will be determined by the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and relevant knowledge.
What you will do:
Provide hands-on, end-to-end management of complex US benefit workstreams arising from business transformations, organizational changes, and workforce transitions (such as mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures).
Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Total Rewards, HR Operations, Payroll, Legal, and project teams, as well as external brokers and advisors.

Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to independently manage project plans, identify risks, and drive key deliverables to completion.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills across HR, Payroll, Legal, and external brokers.
