We are looking for a Manager, Finance & Controlling to join the Bioscience Finance team. The individual will provide end‑to‑end financial planning, analysis, and business partnering support across commercial, operational, SAR, Capex, and strategic initiatives for the Bioscience Business Unit. The role works closely with senior business and finance stakeholders across APAC, Europe, and the US to drive performance, enable decision‑making, and support strategic growth.The position will be based in Hyderabad, India.What you’ll get:

- Drive and manage financial planning, annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly closing activities in collaboration with the Bioscience Finance Head
- Analyze and present business performance, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities with actionable insights
- Act as finance business partner to the Bioscience APAC organization, supporting commercial and operational decision‑making
- Support SAR, Capex, and Free Cash Flow planning and analysis in collaboration with functional leaders and controlling teams
- Provide pricing, contract analysis, and financial support for customer negotiations and commercial decisions
- Support and/or lead strategic and cross‑functional projects aligned with BU priorities
- Contribute to evaluation of potential M&A opportunities, including due diligence and integration support
- Drive continuous improvement of finance processes, reporting, and tools, including digital and group‑level initiatives
- Collaborate closely with global finance teams to ensure alignment, compliance, and data integrity
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
- 8–10 years of experience in financial analysis, commercial or manufacturing finance, audit, or finance business partnering
- Ability to work effectively across Europe and US time zones
- Preferred professional qualification: CA, CPA, CFA, or MBA
- Strong Microsoft Office skills; experience with finance systems and reporting tools preferred
