Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the detailed operation of our manufacturing processes, ensuring that we continue to produce life-changing products.

The Maintenance Technician undergoes a 6-month initial training period. The training is during the day shift, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. After completing the training, the Technician will be assigned to a day shift working 6:30am - 2:30pm)

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on process equipment and facility systems
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance
• Review and update maintenance procedures and documentation
• Support audits and regulatory inspections
• Interpret and work with electrical diagrams and mechanical schematics
• Collaborate effectively with peers and cross-functional teams
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support

• High School diploma or GED required; Associate degree in a technical field preferred
• Wastewater experience is required
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Experience in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environment is a plus
• Willingness to work flexible hours and in varied environments
