Join our team as a Maintenance Technician I on night shift, where you will keep critical production equipment running safely and reliably. You will troubleshoot, perform PMs, and improve performance in a cGMP environment.

What you will do:
  • Troubleshoot and repair facilities and process equipment in the UC‑II area.
  • Inspect components, replace or rebuild parts, and maintain equipment to standards.
  • Complete daily PMs, verifications, bar changes, and quality checks.
  • Monitor quality and machine performance trends and act to correct issues.
  • Follow cGMP and safety procedures; keep equipment clean and audit‑ready.
  • Perform mechanical and basic electrical tasks; follow work instructions.
  • Collaborate across teams, work shifts with overtime as needed, and support other duties.

What we are looking for:
  • High school diploma or GED; two‑year technical degree preferred.
  • Experience in manufacturing maintenance, mechanical, or technical roles.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
  • Able to read schematics, blueprints, and work instructions.
  • Solid communication and teamwork skills.
  • Comfortable working in an industrial, cGMP environment.
  • Basic math proficiency, including percentages, averages, and unit conversions.
