We are excited to present an outstanding opportunity to join Lonza AG as a Business Intelligence Analyst 2 in New Hampshire, USA. In this role, you will be at the heart of our ambitious data-driven initiatives, collaborating with world-class experts to deliver exceptionally impactful analytics solutions. Key responsibilities:Develop and implement impactful Business Intelligence solutions, including dashboards, reports, and critical metrics.
Leverage and analyze data from across the organization to deliver meaningful insights that enhance business processes, operational efficiency, and decision-making.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for internal BI applications, including standard administrative duties.
Maintain and improve existing Business Intelligence solutions while proactively developing scalable methods to capture data efficiently.
Work closely with architects, developers, and collaborators to craft and implement seamless analytics solutions.
Implement or update data integration solutions of low-to-mid level complexity to support analytics objectives.
Mentor collaborators from various departments on accurate data visualization techniques and standard methodologies.
Work closely with partners and customers to find opportunities for applying data in improving operations or supporting business needs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
Advanced understanding and application of BI and analytics platforms and related concepts.
Proven expertise in visualizing data that promotes action and ease of understanding.
Ability to gather and translate business and technical requirements into impactful data solutions.
Advanced knowledge of data integration patterns, methods, and tools with the ability to support analytics objectives.
Ability to adapt to a complex and dynamic business environment and deliver solutions successfully.
Experience identifying and recommending analytics tools, metrics, and visualizations to monitor and improve business process performance, operational efficiency, and decision-making.
Experience working with data governance, data ownership, risk, and compliance programs.
Advanced knowledge and application of database and data integration (e.g., ETL) tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead and influence others.
Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
Experience working in an Agile Development environment and familiarity with project management and process improvement tools (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Techniques).
