Join our team as a Logistics Specialist II in Portsmouth, NH, playing a crucial role in managing the receipt, storage, allocation, and shipment of vital pharmaceutical raw materials and active ingredients. This hands-on position directly supports life-saving manufacturing operations through precise supply chain execution and strict cGMP adherence.

This is a fully site‑based role. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

What you will get:

  • An inclusive and ethical workplace.

  • Competitive hourly rate.

  • Compensation for this role will be determined by the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and relevant knowledge.

What you will do:

  • Execute daily inventory and materials transactions using enterprise software systems, including SAP, Syncade, and Ship Console for goods receipt, put-away, order fulfillment, and material movements.

  • Perform material handling, dispensing, storage, and allocation of APIs, raw materials, and consumable components to directly support manufacturing operations.

  • Safely operate powered industrial trucks (PIT)—including forklifts, pallet jacks, ride-ons, and order pickers—and drive box trucks for local transit as needed.

  • Monitor critical environmental controls and logging equipment, including installing and reviewing circular temperature charts and maintaining accurate logbook records.

  • Maintain strict adherence to cGMP regulations, safety policies, and site procedures across all warehouse, shipping, receiving, and dispensing operations.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Procurement to resolve routine operational needs.

  • Participate actively in process improvement initiatives, utilizing TrackWise and Document Management Systems (DMS) to drive quality and operational efficiency.

What we are looking for:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.

  • 0–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment (cGMP pharma/biotech background preferred).

  • Demonstrated experience performing material movements and inventory tracking using systems like SAP, Syncade, or electronic warehouse management software.

  • Ability and willingness to safely operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers) and drive box trucks; valid driver's license required.

  • Strong commitment to workplace safety, quality standards, and cGMP compliance in a physical warehouse and production floor environment.

  • Solid time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to shifting workloads, and work effectively on a rotating manufacturing schedule (days/nights).
