Logistics Specialist II - Warehouse 

Location. Portsmouth, NH

The schedule for this position is a bi-weekly rotating day shift:

Week 1: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat

Week 2: Sun, Wed, Thurs

The Logistics Specialist II contributes within team using SAP, Syncade and/or Ship console Systems for receipt, storage, issuance, dispensing and allocations of API and consumable components. The warehouse team supports Manufacturing in handling & shipping product domestic and internationally.

What you will do:

  • Perform SAP transactions required for assigned area (i.e. Goods Receipt, Stock Put-away, Order Fulfillment, etc.)
  • Perform Syncade required tasks for assigned area (Receipt, Movement, Material Adjustments, Scrapping, Inventory).
  • Understand cGMPs required in the work environment.
  • Perform Circular Chart required tasks for assigned area (Installation, Review, Daily monitoring).
  • Perform Logbook entries/review as required for assigned area.
  • Performs safe and compliant operation of Class 1,2,3 & 4 for assigned area.
  • Perform other duties as they are assigned to support department.

What we are looking for:
 

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid Driver’s license required
  • Some Logistics experience in manufacturing required.
