What you’ll do:

  • Repairing or replacing malfunctioning components, parts, and other mechanical or electrical equipment in the clean room and sterile environment (experience with aseptic filling lines is preferrable)  

  • Performing functional tests to validate the effectiveness of repair work. Maintaining records of maintenance services and repairs.

  • Executes manufacturing activities in the area of Drug Product according to cGMP guidelines, ensuring batch execution, evaluating test results, resolving issues, troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and make recommendations for resolution.

  • Eliminating faults in the systems.

  • Open and track malfunction reports.

  • Continuous improvements and cooperate, advice and support Plant Engineering department.

  • Coordination of work processes in consultation with the team leaders.

  • Advanced handling of SAP, Cornerstone, DMS, Office 365.

What we’re looking for:

  • You have completed an EFZ apprenticeship as a mechanic or related profession (production mechanic, car mechanic, etc.)

  • Several years of experience as a mechanic is an advantage.

  • Excellent interpretation of P&ID diagrams or drawings.

  • Very good knowledge of German is essential, English is an advantage.

  • Independent and precise way of working.

  • You are customer-oriented and open to new ideas.

  • Communication skills, initiative and resilience round off your profile.

  • Willing to work in 2-Shifts pattern.
