We are looking for a dynamic, energetic intern who is eager to learn and work for an innovative and fast-paced internationally growing organization. The selected candidate will be working closely with our global Talent & Organization Development (T&OD) Team to conduct research, collect and analyze business data, be involved in upcoming international projects, and assist with global communication and marketing campaigns.

Duration: 12 months.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally on global employee life-cycle focused projects with a particular focus on Learning and Development
  • Assist in the creation and design of communication campaigns for our global Learning and Development Portfolio
  • Perform analytics to assess the impact of our training and use the results to prioritize projects and identify action items
  • Coordinate and participate in weekly team and partner meetings
  • Support the Talent & Organization Development (T&OD) team in their projects by documenting and reviewing processes and offerings for our customers (the business); coordinating meetings, conducting research, and analyzing data
  • Support the team with back-office management of our offerings, such as our Learning Experience Platform (LXP), Coaching, Mentoring, etc.

What we are looking for:

  • Demonstrates high flexibility and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment and under the pressure of deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize projects to ensure timely completion of deliverables and goals
  • Must be meticulous and highly organized
  • Excellent collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong service orientation; Ability to maintain efficiency and integrity when experiencing a change in work tasks and when communicating and collaborating with senior leaders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with software such as Microsoft Office
  • Preferably a background in HR, Marketing or Communication
