Learning & Development Project Manager
Shape the future of frontline leadership across our global manufacturing footprint in an office-first environment based in Slough on a 12-month contract.
This role is primarily based on site. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards. We offer flexibility to work remotely for no more than 20% of your time. Requests are considered on a case‑by‑case basis, in line with business needs.

What you will do:
Lead the global project management, roll-out, and governance of the Front-Line Leader Program across 8 global sites.
Partner with Global HR business partners, L&D teams, and operational leaders to translate capability frameworks into practical learning journeys.
Establish detailed project plans, milestones, site readiness timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
Drive stakeholder engagement and change management initiatives to ensure seamless site adoption and alignment.
Implement robust evaluation frameworks to measure learner engagement, behavior change, and operational impact.
Coordinate internal facilitators, subject matter experts, and external training providers.
Facilitate regular project governance meetings and present status reports to senior leadership.
What we are looking for:
Proven experience in L&D Project or Program Management leading multi-site or global leadership program deployments.
Solid grounding in adult learning principles, instructional design concepts, and change management strategies.
Demonstrated track record of defining L&D success metrics and evaluating program business impact.
Exceptional matrix stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse international teams.
Professional background in Life Sciences, Pharma, CDMO, Automotive, or other complex industrial sectors.
Professional fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
