Based at our Greenwood, SC site you will lead troubleshooting and process control for capsule manufacturing, ensuring quality, safety, and on‑time delivery. You’ll collaborate across functions to drive continuous improvement.

What you will do

  • Monitor process trends and respond quickly to maintain quality and throughput.
  • Investigate and resolve root causes across process, materials, or equipment.
  • Troubleshoot capsule equipment such as HGC, Vcaps Plus, Borsor, Unisor, and ILD‑iBox.
  • Review processes daily for compliance with procedures and GMP requirements.
  • Reduce waste and strengthen safety through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits with accurate documentation.
  • Serve as backup for key roles, including Control Room and Shift Leader; work on‑site 12‑hour shifts as scheduled.

What we are looking for

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least two years in capsule manufacturing as a QMA or mechanic.
  • Working knowledge of capsule equipment and process control; Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing software tools.
  • Strong communication skills; make sound decisions under pressure; collaborate across levels.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs; reasonable accommodations may be available.
  • Able to score 100 or below on a color‑vision test for inspection tasks.
