What you will do
  • Design and execute experimental studies to develop and optimise purification processes for biologics
  • Evaluate and implement advanced chromatography and filtration technologies for intensified downstream processing
  • Develop scalable purification workflows, including chromatography and tangential flow filtration (TFF)
  • Analyse complex datasets using statistical tools to generate data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Author high-quality technical reports and present findings to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across R&D, MSAT, and manufacturing to enable technology transfer
  • Provide scientific leadership, contributing to innovation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives
What we are looking for
  • Degree in Biotechnology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
  • Strong hands-on experience in protein purification, including chromatography (affinity, ion exchange, HIC, mixed mode)
  • Knowledge of downstream processing techniques such as TFF, UF/DF, and filtration operations
  • Experience developing scalable purification processes for biologics (e.g. monoclonal or bispecific antibodies)
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and draw clear conclusions
  • Ability to independently design experiments and apply scientific problem-solving approaches
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
