Step into a high-impact leadership role driving the end-to-end physical, operational, and organizational establishment of our Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Hyderabad. As part of the major Orbit transformation, you will play a pivotal role in translating strategic design into a fully operational, world-class delivery environment.
This is an office‑first role. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and team alignment, enabling us to deliver our best work. You will work primarily in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely for 20% of your time (one day per week).

Orchestrate End-to-End GCC Setup: Lead the complete physical establishment of the center, including facilities, workplace design, and infrastructure setup in alignment with global corporate standards.
Drive Operational Readiness: Validate and ensure that all necessary systems, tools, operational processes, and physical workspaces are completely optimized to support Day-1 service delivery and transition waves.
Navigate Complex Integration: Collaborate closely with the GCC Design, Recruitment & Onboarding, Transition, and Technology teams to manage intricate cross-functional dependencies and program milestones.
Manage Local Vendor Ecosystems: Oversee critical relationships with local vendors and service providers, ensuring strict adherence to delivery quality, timelines, and commercial expectations.
Mitigate Execution Risks: Proactively identify, track, and mitigate infrastructure, timeline, or localized regulatory risks to ensure continuous program execution despite local challenges.
Ensure Stabilization & Continuity: Support the seamless transition of business activities into the GCC, safeguarding operational stability during the initial go-live phases and championing continuous improvement.
Experience: 12+ years of extensive experience in GCC / SSC setup and operations, with a proven track record of successfully establishing or scaling large-scale delivery centers in complex environments.
Local Market Expertise: Strong, deeply rooted knowledge of the local regulatory, legal, compliance, and infrastructure landscape—ideally with specific experience within the Hyderabad market.
Program Leadership: Demonstrated experience navigating large-scale business transformation programs, managing multiple moving parts under highly complex, execution-driven constraints.
Execution & Problem-Solving: Exceptional execution, coordination, and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to confidently interface with global program leaders and local external vendors.
Role Boundary Awareness: Ability to seamlessly align with the GCC Design Lead (who defines the model), the Recruitment Lead (who drives workforce availability), and the Transition Lead (who moves the actual services into the prepared environment).
Educational & Professional Foundation: Background supporting advanced program coordination, strategic center setup, and high-level stakeholder management.
