Cell Therapy Manufacturing Technician

About the Role

We are looking for a Cell Therapy Manufacturing Technician to join our manufacturing team and support the production of clinical-grade viral therapy products. In this role, you will perform aseptic processing activities, including cell culture, purification, formulation, and fill-finish operations, while working within a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment. You will play an important role in maintaining product quality, supporting manufacturing operations, and helping bring innovative therapies to patients.

Workplace Policy: This is an on-site position working a 12-hour day shift schedule (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM).

What you will do

• Perform aseptic manufacturing activities including cell culture, purification, formulation, and fill-finish operations for clinical-grade products.

• Support GMP production processes involving large-scale mammalian cell culture and column chromatography.

• Prepare buffers, media, and manufacturing components, including operation of steam autoclave equipment.

• Complete, review, and maintain manufacturing documentation, including batch records, specifications, change controls, deviations, and standard operating procedures.

• Execute cell banking activities and support routine manufacturing operations while maintaining compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.

• Assist with equipment validation, process changeovers, troubleshooting, and production data collection activities.

• Maintain cleanroom readiness by stocking materials, preparing equipment, and adhering to aseptic processing standards.

What we are looking for:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline.

• Experience with laboratory techniques, cell culture, aseptic processing, or biopharmaceutical manufacturing is preferred.

• Ability to qualify for and work in a Class 10,000 cleanroom environment while following gowning requirements.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation in a GMP-regulated environment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong organizational and time management skills.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Demonstrated reliability, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
