This is a fully site‑based role. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

What you will do:
Perform daily shop-floor biopharmaceutical production tasks including bioreactor handling, single-use equipment execution, and HPLC screening in compliance with cGMP quality requirements.
Carry out accurate batch recording, routine calculations, equipment calibration (scales, pH meters), and sampling procedures.
Assist in identifying, interpreting, and troubleshooting process deviations to maintain production efficiency and safety.
Support maintenance routines, housekeeping, media preparation, and introduction of new production projects to the unit.
Work collaboratively within an 8-person shift team operating on a 4-shift model.
Contribute to training and onboarding new team members as operational needs evolve.
What we are looking for:
Completed chemical or biopharmaceutical education (or equivalent technical diploma).
Hands-on professional experience in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing as an operator, lab technician, or production specialist.
Proven experience working within GMP/GDP regulated environments, biosafety cabinets, or laboratory media preparation.
Familiarity with process engineering principles and bioprocess systems (knowledge of MES Syncade, LIMS, or DeltaV is an advantage).
Strong commitment to workplace safety, compliance, and quality standards.
Full willingness to work in a flexible 4-shift rotation schedule.
Fluent English communication skills; basic or conversational German language skills are a plus.
