Join our team in Slough to drive impactful employee experience and deliver data-driven people insights across our dynamic business on a 7-month contract.

This is an office‑first role. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and team alignment, enabling us to deliver our best work. You will work primarily in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely for 20% of your time (one day per week).

What you will get:

  • An agile career and dynamic working culture.

  • An inclusive and ethical workplace.

  • Competitive hourly rate.

Compensation for this role will be determined by the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and relevant knowledge.

What you will do:

  • Deliver high-quality HR partnering support across the full employee lifecycle while serving as a trusted point of contact for routine queries.

  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and HR Shared Services to drive seamless HR operations and organizational transformations.

  • Produce actionable HR reports, dashboards, and executive presentations to support data-driven decision-making.

  • Provide key operational and analytical support for global strategic initiatives, including talent reviews and leadership programs.

  • Assist with employee relations case administration and confidential document management.

  • Identify trends in HR metrics to help continuously improve HR delivery and business outcomes.

  • Champion digital HR self-service and smart tools across the organization.

What we are looking for:

  • 2–3 years of experience in HR operations, generalist HR support, or people analytics in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical skillset with proficiency in Excel (pivots, vlookups, basic modeling) and presentation design in PowerPoint.

  • Demonstrated experience creating reports or dashboards and telling clear stories with data.

  • Basic understanding of HR processes, performance management, and employment practices.

  • Exceptional discretion and high integrity when handling sensitive employee information.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Prior exposure to HR systems like Workday or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a strong plus.
